Rooms were outstanding!

Its location was great, 3 miles from a landscaped 19 - acre park. All the staff were really good day and night.

I keep returning for my business trip. Staff really helpful; they even returned my forgotten hairbrush. Homestay suits me perfectly with amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, airport shuttle, hiking, diving. No pets or smoking. Always no regrets!

Great features, including location and staff. Accommodating apartment's staff. Loved having hypo-allergenic pillows, no need to ask for them beforehand. They provide a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet in the washroom...

The homestay is conveniently located, just a short walk to the city center and close to the port. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean beds and cool showers. the staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. the kitchen and terrace provide a relaxing space to unwind.

The lack of communication and organization was a drawback, causing inconvenience during check-in and checkout.

Stayed at this amazing place with a cool lounge, cozy balcony, and free WiFi - felt like I was living the high life. Airport was conveniently close, and I even took a fun car rental service.

The room was bright and spacious, and the building was modern and clean. the bed was very comfy, and there was a fridge and a kitchen where you could prepare simple breakfast. I really enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony. the staff was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations on where to go and helped us with scooter rental, which was efficient and convenient. Definitely the best accommodation you can get in town!

There was only a cold shower available, and there wasn't a hair dryer provided. It would have been nice to have these amenities for a more comfortable stay.

The cool temperature and comfortable bed made it a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring Dumaguete City. the gated area surrounding the facility was a pleasant surprise. The beautiful plants and the peaceful atmosphere inside made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. the location of the homestay was extremely convenient, as there was a laundry service just across the street, offering affordable prices for travelers like me.

I stayed at this beautiful homestay in Dumaguete for 2 nights in late January. The room was clean with access to towels and toiletries. The WiFi was okay, and the location was convenient, within walking distance to the ferry, boulevard, restaurants, shops. The host was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making me feel at home. I enjoyed the spacious living room with a quality plasma TV, good WiFi, and the opportunity to join a local fiesta with delicious food. Great value for money and I hope to visit again soon.

The accommodation is like an AirBnB with a welcoming atmosphere and access to a kitchen and family room. The location is walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, the port, and easily accessible by bus.
